The whole system has one 4GB DDR4 2400 chip soldered to the motherboard and one 8GB DDR4 3200 in a slot. The chipset only supports up to DDR 2400, so the 8GB DDR 3200 runs at 2400. Fortunately, the RAM still runs in dual-channel mode. The APU's GPU uses 2GB of that system RAM. There is no way to adjust this in the laptop's BIOS.
