QuestionI purchased Model:X712DA-202 which is advertised as having 12 GB of RAM. My issue is that I look at the actual hardware inside the machine, and it's a Samsung RAM card, but it's only 8 GB. The machine was bought new from Best Buy. Any explanation? Thanks

- Answer It does but the keys are difficult to see. Grey keys with light grey lettering and no keyboard back light. Major design flaw. I'm about to take a sharpie to my keys. Other than that, it's a good laptop.
