- Answer The laptop doesn't require a mouse, it has a touchpad. However, if this is a user's preference, an external mouse needs to be purchased separately.

- Answer If you choose to upgrade to Windows 11, and add a DVD player, make sure the external DVD player is compatible with Windows 11. I fell into that trap right after upgrading to Windows 11, and I went back to Windows 10. Now that Windows 11 has been officially released, that may not be an issue. Just make sure it's compatible before you buy.

QuestionWe purchased this laptop as open box. Our current issue is that there’s a lag using edge as internet browser. We downloaded Chrome and took an online test and began to freeze. Have not downloaded major things except Chrome. Is this a defect from factory?
