Does this laptop support power delivery? null

Apparently, the VivoBook I7 17-inch laptop does NOT have power delivery through the single USB-C port, as I tried adding a Ethernet adapter, with HDMI video & USB-A ports, and, with a USB-C PD port. The adaptor was NOT recognized by the laptop. A note was found on the Ethernet adaptor's information about not being operational with some PCs for USB-C video, and, it appears the VivoBook I7 is one of them. Or, the laptop's single USB-C port is data-only. It works fine for a standard Ethernet adapter, with a wireless mouse USB adapter plugged in to 1 of 3 USB-A ports, along with the Ethernet connection.

The laptop has a USB-C that can deliver power or charge low powered mobile devices.
