- Answer It is in Windows10S, which means you can only download apps from the Microsoft app store, so you can't download Zoom or other apps that are not on the Microsoft store. However, you can easily switch out of S mode free of charge.

QuestionOn the specifications, there seem no cameras whatsoever. I want to purchase this laptop and I cant believe a computer with those properties does not have a front web cam. Is it correct or mis-entered information ? Can you clarify it please?

QuestionIs it feasible to upgrade the battery/buy a battery extender yourself? The overall laptop is good, but the battery life is absolute garbage. It's dropping a percent every few minutes and it's brand new. Note: I have built a PC before but not a laptop.

QuestionDoes this laptop support power delivery?

- Answer Apparently, the VivoBook I7 17-inch laptop does NOT have power delivery through the single USB-C port, as I tried adding a Ethernet adapter, with HDMI video & USB-A ports, and, with a USB-C PD port. The adaptor was NOT recognized by the laptop. A note was found on the Ethernet adaptor's information about not being operational with some PCs for USB-C video, and, it appears the VivoBook I7 is one of them. Or, the laptop's single USB-C port is data-only. It works fine for a standard Ethernet adapter, with a wireless mouse USB adapter plugged in to 1 of 3 USB-A ports, along with the Ethernet connection.
