Q: QuestionI was gifted with an ASUS x541na-pd1003y, after a month it stoped working, I was told it is the motherboard, do you have it? If it is so, tell me how much is it.

• A:Answer The same happened with my son's. Geek Squad was able to replace the motherboard under the manufacturer's warranty, but we paid the $100 Geek Squad service fee. This was a manufacturing issue with this particular model.
