Questiondoes this have USB 3.0 ports?

- Answer This is a good question. I wondered as well. While the photo shows multiple ports, the description of the product only mentions the one 2.0 USB port. However, there does appear to be 3.0 ports if you look at the photos - specifically the ones showing the back of the computer. You can tell the difference because the 2.0 port is greyed while the others appear to be blue. My two cents. :)

QuestionDoes this have a speaker built in? I dont see any sign of speakers in the pictures. Also is it super fast to play light games like Overwatch at High-Max settings?

- Answer This thing is a beast for gaming. I have played Battlefield 1, and Doom both at Ultra settings with 0 issues. I think the graphics card in this AIO was mislabeled. I'm thinking it's a 1050ti?

QuestionIs the screen matte or Glossy? Seems like it has great specs but a matte screen would be a deal breaker based on another Asus at BestBuy with matte screen.

- Answer My Zen2421F AIO comes with a matte screen. Much better for these touch screens because they don't dirty up with prints nearly as bad as glossy screens. Love it!!

Questionit was $100 less a few days ago can we get that price will it go down in price again for black friday can we buy it and then if price goes down get credit/difference in price thanks

- Answer I just bought this PC today and they told me it has Price Guarantee until January 18th, 2018. With exception of matching Black Friday or Cyber Monday pricing. So if it goes down in price at all before 1/18/18 I can get credited the difference, except those 2 exceptions.

QuestionThe HD storage is 5400 rpm or 7200 rpm in the questions one person says 5400 and the other 7200. Which on is it ? And the video card says 1050 with 4 gig dedicated ram, people are saying it must be a misprint it’s a 1050ti with 4 gig ram

QuestionI recently got this PC and was surprised I can not find a manual or tutorial. I mean it seems like a nice PC but . it would be nice if I could go over all the main features in a tutorial..or a manual. Is one available?

- Answer I was able to find downloads for the Manual and Quick Start Guide by going to asus.com and click on Support. Scroll down and there will be a Drivers and Manual tab, then click Enter Download Center. My computers are registered, so all I had to do is log in, click on the device I was looking for (I have three) and I was able to navigate to the manuals. You just have to pick the language to download. It appears as though you access the manuals by simply putting in the model name, but I didn't try it. Good luck!

- Answer no. it's 23.8 in. screen, but looks smaller because of the very thin bezel on it. Or comes in a 27 in. screen. It stands 1 in. shorter than my Zen Pro and is 1 3/4 in. narrower then my Zen Pro because of the narrow bezel.

- Answer It is the SSD by default. However its easy to change, its just under the settings for the computer. Simple to change, just google it if you cant find out how to do it.

- Answer The screen does not pivot on the stand. It only tilts. It is so light that you can pivot the whole unit very easily.

- Answer From a processing point of view, this machine is pretty close to the top. It has a solid graphics card, but check the manufacturer's spec's on Fortnight's requirements. All in One machines are not ideal for gaming, since a lot of components have to fit into a small space. It will certainly be cheaper to go with a tower, but if you are looking for a clean setup, this will do it.
