I'm also experiencing this issue. Same exact model: zenbook 14 q407iq. After standby for a few minutes, the keyboard won't work so I need to reboot my device for the keyboard to work again. I used the Myasus app to update everything as well as the Windows update. I'm currently in version 2004. I just bought the laptop last week. So there's almost no other apps installed aside from chrome and microsoft office that may cause glitch in the system. I'm only using Windows Security as my antivirus. I think this is a bug issue. I hope Asus will release an update very soon or I'll return this unit and get a Lenovo or HP instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. However I reloaded the 301 BIOS that was already on the system and reinstalled the AMD Chipset software, restarted, and I have not seen this issue come back for at least the 20 times I forced the computer to go to sleep. I'm pretty sure all the Windows 10 updates messed with something but try updating BIOS and AMD Chipset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was concerened about this as I was researching to buy. However my purchase (at $549 by the way at Best Buy!) a2 weeks ago has not included any sort of keyboard issues. However my laptop is almost always plugged in and never goes to sleep. I shut it down properly and this keyboard issue I feared has never popped up. I did get an automatic update when I got the laptop home so maybe Asus has corrected the problem. Bottom line--I love the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed this problem after applying the Windows 2004 feature update. Latest drivers did not fix the issue. Reverting Windows back to 1909 (I believe) resolved the issue for me. Wait on either ASUS or Windows to come out with driver fixes before updating to 2004.
