Yes it does. The response from Asus is funny because it shows they have no idea what you were talking about. It's a great laptop, but basically every unit has the fan issue. You gotta shut down and turn back on the laptop to get the max fan speed to turn off. I imagine it's a very simple software fix that Asus for some reason never fixed. It's still an issue on Windows 11 too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is normal for the fan to spin at full throttle temporarily when the laptop wakes up from a sleep mode since all processes and services will start running in the background.
