I received model UX582HM_XH96t last week. The resolution was not 3840 X 2160 as specified, ( it was 1920x1080) was told to bring it in and they would reset. They could not reset it. They said mine must have been an odd one. Waiting for another one to come in, not hopeful . I believe you have to go up to the GeForce RTX3080 to get the higher resolution.
