A: I received model UX582HM_XH96t last week. The resolution was not 3840 X 2160 as specified, ( it was 1920x1080) was told to bring it in and they would reset. They could not reset it. They said mine must have been an odd one. Waiting for another one to come in, not hopeful . I believe you have to go up to the GeForce RTX3080 to get the higher resolution.
A: There are two versions of this zenbook duo pro. 3060 graphics card laptop has a FHD (Full HD) screen meaning 1080p and 60fps. The 3080 graphics card laptop has a UHD (ultra HD) screen meaning 4k and up to 120fps.
A: The Stylus and backpack don't come with the laptop as standard accessories, these are optional. This particular laptop model number doesn't include these items, they need to be purchased separately. Usually, the price will be higher if these are included.
Q: Can you get the geek squad protection plan with this laptop?
A: Yes you can.

A: Yes at 720p resolution. There is internal software (Nvidia) that you can use to do some pretty cool stuff while using the webcam. Background noise canceling and background changing just to name a few.

A: You can definitely add another screen or monitor to this laptop. The single output HDMI port would be the easiest to use to send the video out to another screen.
Q: Does it come with a stylus pen, backpack, wrist tray and laptop stand?
A: It did come with a stylus pen, backpack, ergonomic hand rest and basic stand that sticks to the bottom of the laptop that can be used to give a better viewing angle and increased air flow.
