• Yes, the earphones are supposed to be included. I DID NOT get the earphones with my order either. I am still waiting for BEST BUY to remedy the situation either credit the cost of the earphone or send another compatible set would be right thing to do.

• No it did not come with headphones but ny husband only likes samsung and skull candy headphones. So it was no biggie. Great phone!
