• No. You do not need to worry about your cell phone carrier plan. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and connects to internet via your home Wifi.

• For updated weather and other items like that, it will use your wireless carrier unless you are connected to Wifi. The watch itself is also able to connect to wifi and does so for system updates, etc.

• No, you do not need access to your wireless carrier! The watch runs off of bluetooth and wireless internet (optional). You do not have to use internet at any time during setup or use (wifi WILL add to the possibilities of the watch's potential). I hope this helps!
