• It does not seem like it, though you can enlarge the text by a great deal.

• So far all I've found is the ability to increase the font size (in "Settings>Accessibility"), but I've not seen any font choices. Further, I see nothing in the Play Store on cursory scan that sets fonts. Apparently you can, however, create your own watch face.
