I can't say about Vonage. But I will say, I am not thrilled about these phones. I replaced a Panasonic (I miss) set which gave up the ghost after 6 years hard use. The AT&T phones are not as good. Issues: 1. Volume is low even when set on the highest level. 2. Phones were poorly designed so as not to stand up, the charging terminals protrude such that the phone must lay flat when off the charger...makes them harder to locate. 3. Navigation on screen isn't easy to navigate and back-lighting is blase. 4. Ergonomic feel of the phone isn't comfortable, feels like you are holding a box pf spaghetti to your ear. Overall, disappointing technology coming from the once king of the industry. I hoped for better...I give them 2 stars out of 5
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have used a non Vontage ISP phone on the Vontage system in the past. You may want to consider purchasing a ‘DSL Filter’ which I recently did as the phone item does not come with the phone as currently packaged. Best Buy didn’t have and I got it from Amazon for ~$7. Enjoy, still trying to figure out how to use the Spam Call blocking feature....guess I need to read instructions.
