• I'm assuming you are trying to call back a Caller Id #. If you cannot complete the call, and there is no message like "dial 1 before calling" chances are this is a direct out dial number that only dials out, nothing comes in. This is primarily used for selling, why else? You could block it, but why go through the trouble. Screening, if properly programed, will not let the call come in. Worst case, the phones ring once and the call is blocked.
