“I make conference calls with more than one caller in a separate locations. Does this phone have a simple button for that? If it doesn't, is there a system you can recommend with all these features including an easy conference call button please?”

Conference calling is a process provided by the Phone Co when people are in different locations. If in the same building, all you would have to do is, everybody pick up the phone. Phone Co's usually offer a conference calling plan.
