• No. But the speaker phone option is loud and clear. Best I've seen.

• Reviewed manual and there is not an option for a headst.

• The user manual from the AT&T web site indicates this phone lacks a headset jack. The word 'headset' does appear on the user manual. There is no way to plug in a headset.
