Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can activate this phone either at Best Buy or by calling ATT Prepaid directly. I purchased 2 of these phones 1 year apart - 1 for me as a back up and 1 for my mother. I activated mine directly with ATT Prepaid and I was going to call ATT to activate my mom's phone, but the rep at Best Buy said he could do it for me. The only disadvantage to doing it at Best Buy is that you will not be able to choose from a group of numbers. They will only assign you one number, no choice. ATT will work with you on that. For the plans, you will have the option to choose what plan you want directly on ATT Prepaid's website or a Best Buy rep will go over your options with you. ATT Prepaid has many affordable options, which is why I use them for my back up phone and for my mom's phone. Hope this helps!
