“Does this phone come with a new SIM card”

• A SIM card is not included in the package, but one was provided when the phone was activated. Technically, the SIM Card was "Free" - but there was a $9.99 charge for activation (which we did at an official carrier store: BBuy policy may differ, but we were in another city for activation / number porting...).
