Hi Yo, It does have the ability to be used as a hotspot through USB tethering. You will want to make sure you are on a plan that supports the ability to hotspot. You can reach out to Cricket or AT&T to see what plans are available that provide hotspot abilities. David, AT&T Community Specialist
