I do not believe so. Phone companies usually "lock" phones to their service. So, this phone is locked to AT & T. Try looking up "unlocked CDMA phones" for devices that should work with Tracfone, or buy from the Tracfone site directly to be safe. https://shop.tracfone.com/shop/en/tracfonestore/phones
