QuestionI have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy J7. I do not have a contract with any cell phone provider in the US, therefore I don't have a US phone number. Will this SIM card provide talk, text and data? Do I choose an AT&T non-contract plan once I get the card?

- Answer Do not buy the ATT sims. I have an unblocked Moto G5S Plus and the ATT sims does not work. Also, I bought a Metro PCS card and it does it work in my phone. If you look at he unblocked phones in the US they still only allow you to use certain carriers. So be careful.

- Answer A plan must be purchased to use with the SIM card. It can be just one month, or can renew each month
