- Answer GoPhone hotspot plan does not have an activation fee. A refill card can be used to add more data. Increasing the level of the plan also allows for more data and the amount of data per refill increases too.

- Answer You activate with Boost Mobile & you can pay at one of their local stores or you can pay online. If you don't feel comfortable giving them your financial info, you can buy a Boost card at many local stores. It's almost like a gift card & you just give them the number on the card to add to your account. My friends know that I like Boost cards & often give me a ReBoost card for Christmas or my birthday so I can use when needed.

- Answer I have used it for about 6 hours before the battery is used up, or just plug it in and keep it charging while you use it, if you are near an outlet. I have also plugged it in to an external battery source, like I do with my cell phone, without issue.

- Answer From what i have seen when looking at hotspots from Verizon and At&T. the only area where unlimited plans work is with phones. if you tether or use your phone as a hotspot you null and void the unlimited portion and will be charged for data. be careful with that .
