“How do these compare audio wise to the Audio Technica MSR-7s? From the looks of it, these seem close to a wireless pair of those headphones. Is there more bass on the MSR7s or are both headphones about equal sounding? Thanks!”

They are not even close, and this includes having less bass. The SR6BT is also $100.00 lower in cost. It is difficult to make a wireless headphone sound as good as a wired one. The wireless feature is merely for convenience.
