“Is best buy an authorized Audio-technica dealer? There is no mention of warranty that should come with the purchase of this headphone.”

• We were told that Best Buy does not have a contract with the company therefore you can not return the product to Best Buy. We had to contact that company and they sent out a box to return it and sent a replacement.

• Yes, they are best buy is indeed an authorized dealer. You can read more on the fine print thats on your ath purchase

• Yes, they come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty through Audio-technica that should be covered by Best Buy if you buy them at Best Buy.
