The preferred resonance frequency range is from 8 to 11Hz. The resonance frequency for this tonearm/cartridge combination would be 7Hz. If you change the provided headshell (9.3 grams) out for a lighter headshell (6.7 grams for example) the frequency moves up to 8Hz. Parts Express Part #230-010 Universal Headshell w/ Wires, 6.7g
