Yes, but it's a 2.5 to 3.5 cord. You can't just use a regular stereo mini to stereo mini cord.

Hands; Not sure if you got your answer, but the pair that I got did come with a cable for wired listening.

Yes. They work great as standard corded headphones. In fact, there are many instances where the sound is better with the noise canceling and bluetooth off. The bass is much higher and things just sound more heavy. The noise canceling feature is mainly for noises such as loud air conditioners. Anything like a barking dog or crying baby will still be audible through the headphones.
