QuestionWhy buy a non-street legal ebike? No jurisdiction allows a 28 mph ebike with a throttle. That falls outside of the ebike classification system which makes it non-street legal.

- Answer Hi there, our bikes have the ability to be locked and unlocked for proper regulations in any given area. For example, in areas where you cannot ride a 28mph bike, bring speed max down the top speed can be adjusted to 20mph. Please note the throttle can also be disabled.

- Answer Thank you for your question. Although height is a factor in determining what size to get there are other factors that help determine the right fit. If you are longer in the torso than the legs a small could be a better fit, if you are longer in the legs a medium could fit better. - Answer Hi there! You can ride it on the sand, please note that it may be best to ride on wet sand because of the flat terrain. We recommend also properly cleaning your e-bike after riding on sand to prevent any damage. This means it’s ok to ride your ebike in light rain. It won’t be harmed by spray from a wet road or raindrops. Your ebike is not intended to be exposed to prolonged rain or submerged or subjected to a pressurized spray. Don’t use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike
