• A:Answer Hi there, our Aventure Model comes in 3 sizes. Small 5'1"-5'9", Medium 5'7"-5'11", Large 5'11"-6'4". It may be best to take in account the measure of your inseam as well.

• A:Answer Aventon say we need to talk to BestBuy. BestBuy say we need to talk to Aventon. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Beware.

Q: QuestionHow to do the repairs on the bike ? Are there any authorized service place to fix the bike if there are any problems ?

• A:Answer If you did not purchase the bike from the bike shop and the shop is not an Aventon dealer they will likely NOT work on the electrical system on the bike. You will be out of luck as I doubt Best Buy has anyone ready to work on these bikes.

• A:Answer Hi Chip, the torque rating is approximately 80 nm. We use Bafang geared hub motors on our Aventure. -Aventon

• A:Answer Hi Tobe, it can be unlocked to a Class III ebike and can go up to 28 MPH on pedal assist through the Aventon app.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question! Yes the step-over Aventure comes in large as well as medium and small. The step-through model Aventure comes in small/medium and medium/large.
