Thank you for the question! Warranty is handled by Aventon directly through our website. If customers feel comfortable handling the work we are happy to provide the parts. If they are more comfortable having the work done elsewhere we can provide a list of authorized dealers who can perform the work under warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I heard manufacture will send you parts needed to repair. If you have a local bike shop make repairs you may have to pay and Aventon may reimbursement not sure? It’s a quality built bike and don’t see having a problem
