- Answer Thank you for your question! Best Buy doesn’t currently offer assembly or protection plans for e-bikes. This e-bike does come with a one year manufacture warranty through aventon with full product support.

- Answer Mine did not come with one but I put a basket on mine that has a place for my water bottle. Either way you could order one.

- Answer Some assembly is required, but it was not difficult. You might be able to pay Best Buy to assemble it for you.
