A:AnswerUpdate: I found out that’s not normal for the red light to stay on at all times on the converter. The converter went bad and the red light stayed lite 24/7 so I had to get it replaced. I had this converter installed along with my Kicker sub and amp on my Honda Civic back in December 2019 and four months later it went bad causing the battery to drain on my car, not good. I had car trouble for four months until I found out.
