Here it is 7 months after this question was asked and not one of BB's employees have provided an answer. Yet I am having the same situation. However, they seem to not acknowledge this matter. Shame on Best Buy! Just a reminder of all the other large corporations that came before BB and is no longer in business. Bad customer services leads to low sells. People want what they need and therefore will go to other companies to get just that. Very disappointed!
