“I have new 65 inch samsung tv. I want the tv mounted. Don't like wires hanging and want to hide them. I also have a plaster wall not dry wall in the older home. Is this more complicated to do? Need professional install?”

Yes, definitely have a professional install. Geek Squad or Best Buy's contracted third parties can take care of the wires. You just need to add that to your order request and mention its plaster and not dry wall. For a 65in tv, the mount should be one that can hold 42 - 90in. So theres not pressure on the weight of the tv.
