“Release date for Basis Peak I see that the Peak will be released on November 10th on Amazon, but there is no release date noted on BestBuy.com. If I preorder, I would like to know if I will be able to pick it up on November 10th, if the release date is the same for both BestBuy and Amazon, if it will be released that day but is backordered, etc. Any info would help. If I can pick it up in store at or close to the 10th I would love to buy it through Best Buy. Thanks.”

I had preordered my Peak on Amazon on Oct. 1, and was very disappointed to see the release date change from Nov. 10 to Nov. 20th and then no date at all. I was able to purchase the Peak at my local Best Buy last weekend and canceled my Amazon preorder.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Basis released a statement that select Best Buys throughout the country would be getting a small number of Peaks. The Best Buy closest to me got in a couple on the 6th and the 7th and was the only store in my area to get them. They won't show online, you have to call or stop by the store to check. Good luck, it's worth the search and wait if you have to!

Check around, as the BB website said my store did not have it, but called with SKU# and they do have them. $199.
