Thank goodness for Best Buy as they took my Intel smartwatch return so that I could trade it for a watch that has phone and chat technical support (Fitbit). You can't get any real time help from the Intel for their smartwatch.

However if you purchase the geek squad protection plan, you can have up to the full policy to return it...and they will refund full purchase price to a gift card to be used in store! (That's how I upgraded from a Jawbone to the Peak for like $10!!) such a deal! ;)
