“This game lagged from the time of purchase but now it has gone into black screen or a colored (yellow or green) pixeled screen. It will not work, or I should say that you cannot play it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you”

The lagging can be a result of your internet connection speed/provider. The other issues you have can be addressed by trying to play the game on a different T.V. If all has been attempted and still no successful result, then the disc might possibly be defective and you should go back to the store to exchange it for a new one. I have not experienced any of the issues you stated nor have read them happening to anyone else. Thank you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So I run into this issue every once and awhile. I'll boot up the game, and everything is black except for the waypoints. I also have gotten TV static on the screen as well. The best ways to combat this is 1. Try quitting to the menu of BF 2. Quit the game and restart That usually fixes most of my issues. Since the game was releases they have releases update, etc to the game, so some of those might have been ironed out. I know last week they had an update for the new French DLC so these problems might have been phased out
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have experienced this same issue. A game update needs to happen. To fix the issue for me, I closed the video game and restarted my Xbox One. This process appeared to fix the issue and I was able to play without any further issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get this every so often as well. What I typically do is just hard reset my Xbox. Sometimes this takes 2-3 times in a row but should after that correct itself and be playable again. You can also just try closing out of the game a couple times as well, then turn to hard reset if that doesn't work.Just gotta roll with the punches man and hope they correct whatever issue is causing that. Hope this works for you!
