I went to my local bestbuy store and put $5.00 down on Battlefield V deluxe edition for pS4. My code was on the receipt. You should have gotten it already. In the past i have had problems getting my pre-order bonuses from BestBuy. If you have not received it you need to contact the 1-800 Best Buy phone number to get it resolved. This is one of the coolest preorder bonuses to date. You get five bonus guns in Battlefield 1 plus a download to participate in the Battlefield V Bata all in a single code to redeem in the Playstation Store.

I pre-ordered 2 copies of the game, one as a gift and the other for me, and I didn’t get the code for one and received the other right away. For the code I didn’t get I got a hold of BB’s customer service which I did via their chat feature and provided them with the customer PIN at the bottom of the receipt and explained the problem. They sent me a code within 24 hours and followed up with a phone call.
