• Good evening, I tried them at the store a couple of days ago and they covered the whole ear. The noise cancelling was pretty good too. Hope this helps

• That is a miss print. They are over the ear. I am this particular set of beats . Remember there is no such thing as a studio headphone on the ear. Studio beats are always over your ear. Beats Solo, EP Beats We’re always be on the air. I hope this helps
