• Hi! My dad had the same question but in the end he just turned on Auto Play and when he wants to stop the music he’ll just press the side buttons. To ‘turn them off’ he just takes them off and puts them in the case or he turns off his Bluetooth. • If you put it back in the charging case, it unpairs.

• Take them out of the case. They are on. Put them back in the case and then turn off

• They auto turn on and turn off when putting on your ears and removing.
