QuestionDoes anyone have any solutions for the excessive wind noise with these earbuds? I bought them for cycling and just standing outside in the wind the noise is really bad no matter the setting.

- Answer I think it said in the literature that they are water resistant and it could be waterproof, but I’m scared to take them anywhere to test that theory so cause they’re so cause they are not a cheap set of earbuds so I really can’t tell you if they are or not

QuestionJust unboxed and connected. When I take the right one out and place it in my ear, nothing. I tried doing the factory reset that and it still isn’t working. It shows both on the battery life but acts like the right is still in the case.

- Answer Not at all. I’ve taken the subway with them on–in noise cancellation–and I assure you won’t hear nothing but the music. If you wanna feel like you’re in a concert, also turn the Spatial Audio option on, it’s FANTASTIC.
