• A:Answer No they do not repair Beatsx. I bought these and was told they cannot be repaired or have a battery replaced. At least that is what I was told. Mine stopped working a year after I purchased. I got a new pair and bought the extended warranty and now that pair is not working and trying to figure out the warranty to get a replacement.

• A:Answer All my callers on the other end of the line say my background noise is obnoxiously extremely loud. Even though I toggled on the “reduce loud background noise” setting on my phone. Even rain hitting my windshield they said was super loud.
