A:AnswerNo they do not repair Beatsx. I bought these and was told they cannot be repaired or have a battery replaced. At least that is what I was told. Mine stopped working a year after I purchased. I got a new pair and bought the extended warranty and now that pair is not working and trying to figure out the warranty to get a replacement.
A:AnswerAll my callers on the other end of the line say my background noise is obnoxiously extremely loud. Even though I toggled on the “reduce loud background noise” setting on my phone. Even rain hitting my windshield they said was super loud.
A:AnswerThe range is excellent; I can be as much as 20 or more feet from my phone with walls in between and still have a clear connection! By contrast, a Sony around the neck headset I have starts breaking up at a mere 6-7 feet.
A:AnswerI work in aviation. I like these for occasional use when caught off guard. Better than nothing. That are not noise canceling tho I still highly recommend
