“Does this work well for answering calls and the background noise not being heard by the person on the other end of the phone? I’m looking for one that cancels out the background noise so the caller doesn’t hear anything besides my voice on the phone.”

Yes you can answer calls and if the noise is minimal it will be cancelled but if extremely loud and close to your call it will be heard. These are great for workouts and answering when you can’t use your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In all the wireless headsets I've used for calls, you'll never be able to drown out background noise - the best piece of advice I can give, if you're not talking, put the call on mute.

For serious music listening they're basically rubbish. My wife has a pair and loves them for talking on the phone or working out.
