Questionmy headphones are two years old. I have the Galaxy S9 phone. My headphones keep losing the signal when I use Bluetooth connection at the gym. Phone stays in the locker room.

- Answer Bluetooth connection gets lost after a certain distance. Might consider taking your device out on the gym floor with you and setting it somewhere safe yet out of your way

QuestionDoes the part that goes up and over the ear adjust? I had some BackBeats and it was a little too tall above my ear. And buds don't stay in my ears very well so I depend on the part that goes over the ear.

- Answer The beats are not adjustable. They are designed to go over and in the ear. You can adjust (i.e move around the ear) to your comfort. As far as big/small ear unfortunately no, but it would be nice for the Beats brand to come up with something like that for people like me who has small ears. Happy Holidays hope this helps :)!

- Answer hopefully the year warranty is still in effect, if so contact apple care and you'll have a replacement pair within a week. If there out of warranty then welcome to the club, I have 2 pairs that will no longer charge. I sent my last pair in 5 times for replacements. Sweat seems to cause this issue, there is a class action law suit against apple because thousands of people are having this issue. Jabra sports pace are $49.99 that are way better and it comes with a 3 year warranty.

- Answer If you don’t buy a warranty don’t worry you still have a chance to fixed for free, they have a year free warranty on Apple you just have to go to the Apple store and the fixed for free or give you a new pear , that happened to my girlfriend headphones last year and we go to the Applestore and they did it for free.

- Answer You can’t. These headphones are purely Bluetooth, the only option would be to use a different pair of earphones that utilize the classic earphone jack.
