“Has anyone had an issues with the matte coating rubbing off of the headband from hair products or sweat or anything?”

nope,, these are very durable. I sweat all over mine at the gym and toss em in my locker and they still look new.

Have not had issues with the matte finish other than oils from skin making it look slick. I wipe them off post use to keep them clean.
