I got this headphones last week to use while on my trip. When I connected the cable to the headphones and to the air plane's screen, it only played on my left earcup and not the right one. Is this normal? Let me know or I will return them. Thanks. null

That depends, if this happens when you connect it to an iPhone or stereo then No this is not normal, they are defective. That is a very common issue with beats headphones, as well as the leather stitching coming undone.

Try switching the plugs to the other end

I think It might be headphone jack of plane`s screen...
