• A:Answer Probably a phone problem, not the charger. My phone stays on the charger 90% of the time. I use it as a clock, with date and temp and it has never even left my phone warm, much less hot. Better check your phone battery. You probably need to get a new one.

• A:Answer If you have an iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16 series you would need to use a MagSafe case like the Spigen Tough ArmorMag Fit case to be able to use the MagSafe magnetic charger feature. However, if you have a Qi2 compatible Android phone, just make sure your case is compatible with Qi2 magnetic charging.
