• You need to install the driver as administrator. Right click on the driver .exe and select run as administrator. I have done this on numerous machines.

• Hopefully you have made it work already, but in case you didn't here is where we downloaded the latest driver from. http://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=119238 It should work fine once the driver is installed.

• There are no drivers needed for pc or Mac. If the little blue led power indicator doesn't come on, you may need to swap out a defective hub.
