You need to install the driver as administrator. Right click on the driver .exe and select run as administrator. I have done this on numerous machines.

It should work fine once the driver is installed.

There are no drivers needed for pc or Mac. If the little blue led power indicator doesn't come on, you may need to swap out a defective hub.
