• This should work with any windows computer. All usb Ethernet plugs run off of two chips and both of them are supported in windows and already have the drivers for them

• Hi, mlkarpow. The Belkin - 3-Port USB 3.0 Hub is compatible with Dell Inspiron 560 and all it needs is a USB port to plug into.
